Diskbuilder Software Licenses are priced on a departmental1 basis giving you the flexibility to install on one or many machines within each department and free updates for a year. Licenses covers staff working via VPN or other remote access.
Licenses may be renewed annually to receive uninterrupted updates.
Support is optional and is offered in three levels.

1 A department is defined as a part of a company or corporate division, dealing with a specific area of activity: e.g. finance, marketing.etc. Departments in separate locations (i.e. offices in different streets, towns/cities, countries) require a separate license.
2 Includes one day of consultation with your branding department
Complex designs may cost more.

Renew within 2 months of your license expiry date and receive a 10% discount on your Core Application license or a 30% discount on your module license. If you renew early, any remaining days on your existing license will be added to your new license.
Standard and Corporate Support is billed annually. Professional Support may be billed monthly on request.

1 An email support request uses 1 credit per incident.
2 Telephone Support uses 4 credits per hour with a 2 credit minimum.
3 Max Initial Response Time is defined as a written response from our support staff. We aim to respond to all support requests within the same business day.

5 Max Seats are defined as the number of individuals registered to make support requests.
6 Credits are a currency used to meter support tickets or request other types of assistance available under a Diskbuilder support plan as listed above. The included number of credits depends on the support plan you purchase. Additional credits are available at £25 per credit in multiples of 4.
